Welcome to Women’s Wellness Physical Therapy and Pilates (WWPTP), a physical therapy practice dedicated to the health and fitness of women. At our practice, one-on-one physical therapy services are provided in a quiet, soothing environment to facilitate relaxation improved body awareness and mindful movement.

Each client at receives an individualized treatment program designed to address their unique physical condition. Our holistic approach to physical healing and improving fitness takes into consideration a client’s diet and lifestyle, as well as their emotional and spiritual well-being. This approach creates an environment where the client can develop a heightened awareness of her own body and be more proactive and independent in the healing process. It also assists in the learning of new patterns of thought and movement that create more permanent changes in lifestyle, health and fitness level.

Treatments include a comprehensive physical evaluation, manual therapy to improve soft tissue and joint mobility; therapeutic exercises to improve flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination; an individualized home program. Clients may also be referred to doctors or other health care providers when appropriate. All services are provided in a private treatment room.

Our mission is to empower women to become independent and proactive in addressing their own health and medical needs, by reconnecting with their intuitive guide for self care and development. Our practice focuses on providing a place where women can slow down, relax and focus on rebalancing their thoughts, their bodies and their lives.
